社會化用工(gong)是靈(ling)活(huo)用工(gong)中(zhong),個人(ren)不與(yu)企業(ye)及其關(guan)聯(lian)組織(zhi)建(jian)立(li)(li)雇傭關(guan)系(xi)/勞務關(guan)系(xi),組織(zhi)與(yu)個人(ren)直接(jie)建(jian)立(li)(li)合(he)作關(guan)系(xi)的(de)模式(shi)。雙方遵循(xun)"風(feng)險共(gong)擔、利益共(gong)享"的(de)原則,建(jian)立(li)(li)平(ping)等的(de)業(ye)務承(cheng)攬合(he)作。如社交(jiao)電商(shang)行(xing)業(ye)店主(zhu)與(yu)平(ping)臺的(de)關(guan)系(xi),共(gong)享出行(xing)行(xing)業(ye)司機與(yu)平(ping)臺的(de)關(guan)系(xi)。
